Mad Drop Whiteline Microfiber Cutting Polishing Pad

1. Fit the pad centrally on the polisher's backing plate.
2. Apply a small amount of polishing compound to the microfiber face.
3. Spread the compound over a small working section at low speed.
4. Increase to working speed and polish with moderate pressure in slow, overlapping passes.
5. Keep the machine moving – never let it dwell in one spot, so the paint does not overheat.
6. After each section, clean the pad with compressed air or a pad brush to remove spent compound and lift the fibres back up.

Cutting performance depends directly on how clean the pad is: microfiber clogged with spent compound loses its bite and starts to smear, so clean the pad after every pass rather than only at the end of the job. Moderate pressure is enough – excessive pressure heats the paint and can damage it.

After the job, hand-wash the pad with a mild detergent, rinse out all compound residue and let it air-dry completely. Keep the pad away from harsh chemicals and solvents, which break down the microfiber and the foam layer. Store dry pads in a clean, dry, dust-free place.
